I love Chipotle however this is the dirtiest one Ive ever seen. DISGUSTING! Somebody should shut down this place!
I have been coming to this same Chipotle for about 5 years now and it has changed drastically in a matter of a couple of months. The food and service is terrible! First off, I am going to start by saying that the restaurant, based on just me walking through the door, is FILTHY. The counter always has some kind of RESIDUE on it; the rice tastes flavorless and the portions are way too little for the amount of money I spend buying for my family's weekly Taco Tuesday. Also, for $2.00 they put very little guacamole and not the normal portion size which is way LESS than usual and I always have to remind them to put more of it on the tacos. To add onto that, the workers there have attitudes and rudely tell me that it is going to be extra when I am already paying $2.00 for it! Secondly, the service SUCKS! Don't get me wrong though, there are a few employees that give me amazing service. However, there are two employees in particular that just give me HORRIBLE service. There is one that looks of Filipino/Hispanic decent and another who is really tall, of African American decent, kind of muscular, and has braids. AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE. Lastly, what made matters worst was that I have a dairy allergy and I specifically told them to not put cheese or sour cream in my tacos and yet they did. if it was one time then i would not be mad but two times
Food are good and slow in service. Pretty polite and nothing bad at all.
The dirtiest chipotle I ever stepped foot in.... floor both behind and in front of the counter Has not been Swept in days..... You have a clear view of the grill from the ordering window and I was filthy, weeks worth of dried up nasty meat...the kitchen looks like it needs Gorden Ramsey for a deep cleaning..... in my opinion all managers should be immediately fired and replaced...
Food is good, service too, however, you have to remind staff to give a decent portion esp considering prices have gone up. If we have to pay more we shouldn't get less anount.
I am going to start getting annoyed. I am simply just trying to get what I pay for but it keeps happening. I'm done with Chipotle and I am never going back. Chipotle has lost a valuable customer.
