My family and I have been to this Chili's many, many times but this time the service was horrible. Upon first sitting down our waitress' demeanor was not very friendly and she appeared to be irritated. We were hardly ever checked on throughout the meal even though we were given a two person wait staff. We never received plates for our appetizer. When our food arrived half of it was cold, some of it was incorrect and out of our 6 person party all entrees came out with the exception of 1 burger that took an additional 15-20 minutes and when it did come out, it wasn't hot. We were able to send back the cold food but not without the attitude of the waitress who when told gave a snarky response. Overall we were very disappointed in the service and as frequent customers not sure if we will return.

Service was good and especially vongenial.

Something at Chili's has seriously changed called THE MENU. It not as Tex-Mex as it used to be tp me. Hoping its better for you.

We were seated and had our orders taken fairly quickly. We waited almost an hour for our chips and salsa to come. When they finally came, the food arrived almost immediately after. The food was good overall. It was a Sunday around lunch, so the slow service could be attributed to them being relatively busy, but I don't think it should take an hour to get chips and salsa.

After waiting a good 5 minutes at the to go counter being ignored by the staff I could clearly see, I moved to the bar to try to get someone's attention to order, still no one even looked at me. Finally someone came in, went to the to go counter and was addressed and their order was placed. I went next. Ordered a southern burger that came with fries. Order was ready within 10 minutes and I was on my way. The fries were like mouthfuls of salt and tasted like fish. They went into the garbage. The burger had no flavor except for the awful special sauce that was on it. It was supposed to have cheese, but that was melted to non existence. One slice of lettuce, one slice of tomato, 2 pickle chips and onion ring, yet nothing had any flavor. Maybe the salty fries killed my taste buds. It's the day after and I'm still dealing with a cotton mouth and headache from the extremely high salt content from the couple of fries I ate. Needless to say I am not going to be a future customer.

Very good food. My daughter is a vegetarian, so she is happy here. Good overall experience. The wait can be a little long at times.
