I enjoyed the various workouts but it seems I needed to go hurdles to cancelled the membership. I cancelled the membership at the end August and I was told I will be charged for October as well. Next thing, I was charged for November too. They go 3 additional monthly payments when I hadn’t been to the their gym since August!!!
Went for my first time yesterday and it was great. Went with my bbf and we both enjoyed it and got in a really good work out in.
We showed up 20 minutes early and got the run down of how it works. The trainer was great and since you are hooked up to a monitor they tell you when to slow down when you are going too hard and are in the red zone as well as when you are going too slow and in the grey zone.
Highly enjoyed and do recommend if you are serious about toning up and losing weight. It is an intense workout need to mentally prepare before going in.
The place is super clean and very good. guaranteed to burn at least 500 calories.
I love everything about Orangetheory, it has been the difference between getting to the gym and just talking about it. Great atmosphere, the kindness you receive the moment you walk in the doors from the staff and coaches is unlike any other place. Truly no judgment just people who are interested in helping you get into the shape you desire. The coaches are all helpful, encouraging and motivational. I love the idea of booking the classes in advance because it helps keep you committed once the class is booked. The classes are tough and challenging but do able (just hang in there).
Best workout! I love that the classes are never the same and that I’m pushed to my max each time! One hour and I’m done and I don’t even have to think about it!
