Strike City Pro Shop is the best! They are always helpful and give out great advice. Whether it be Rob, Joel, or Bryan you can't go wrong. They always keep a smile on their face when I am being indecisive on how much I want my thumb opened and go out of their way to order the specific spare ball I want. Thanks for being awesome :)

Lucas is the only person I have dealt with, but he is awesome! Did a great job getting ball drilled and giving advice. This is the only shop I go to and I don't even live or bowl nearby.
They were nice and helpful when I "ordered" my ball but the hours online are wrong. Wasted 45 minutes driving just to find them closed 2 hours earlier than the posted time.
Great customer service. Great knowledge about bowling balls and drilling. Have never been disappointed
