horrible. did a $1000 dollars "maintenance" on my slate roof in 1997. Actually broke many slates.. "work"(damage) I ultimately had to pay to repair.
We had windstorm damage to our rolled roof many years ago. I Called Molnar Roofing on a recommendation and they promptly showed up to blue tarp our roof to prevent further damage and within a week had a brand new roof installed. Over the course of removing the old roof, they found many more bad pieces of decking than was expected, but worked with us on the pricing so the final cost was not much greater that their original estimate even though they ended up replacing the entire plywood deck.
My experience has been great recently with Molnar Roofing. Gave me estimates and the workmanship was great. Honest people and would recommend. They know their stuff.
