I love their consistency in excellent customer service no matter who assist me. They always nail it.
Take the negative reviews with a huge grain of salt; they are miserable reviewers who are incapable of appreciating well-run government services when they see it.
I specially want to reference one occasion; I went in to access my box, which was due for payment. The person that was there assisted me and help take care of it even though he was not open for business. I was able to pay my box and access my mail.
The North Brunswick Post Office crew has always been knowledgeable & pleasant with all my transactions for the past 20 years. No complaints here from a resident of the town!
First, they NEVER answer the phone. Second, our packages are left on the front porch despite numerous phone calls and even asking our postman to leave at the back door because of packages being stolen! Not to mention every single time I walk into this post office on Livingston Avenue I have an awkward interaction. The staff is SO lazy that we had a very kind woman at another branch hand deliver a sensitive package because they "just didn't want to deliver it!" INSANE! I walked in today and asked the guy (tall, grey hair, always there!) about Priority Mail and taping my packages. Before I could finish what I was asking he swiftly told me I had to tape my packages and that the tape to buy was behind me. As soon as I finished doing what I had to do with my packages I stood in line and right in front of my eyes a guy asked him to TAPE his package and HE TAPED IT FOR HIM! This is sexist, biased and prejudiced behavior. I can't stomach this guy anymore. Something needs to be done at this post office. I refuse to go in there anymore.
