Well, I checked my statement. They charged me for my first order and then for the tea on top that, wasting me 5 dollars.
Suffice to say, I'm never ordering snacks here again. Not when staff are not only incompetent but also lie about it to your face.
Pro: All (I think) theaters have recliners.
Bad experience: Once they cancelled a show ("broken screen"-not sure how that happened) although it was still on Google which I guess is fed from there website.
Great theatre, comfy reclining seats, hot popcorn! Saw The Greatest Showman here and I will never forget the experience.
Environment: Quiet mostly. Clean. Seats are clean and sound is good.
Great movies with a big screen and great speakers. The food is also very good. Recliner seats feel amazing. For the money you pay, you get a great experience.
Nice theater. Clean, comfortable and (for me) close. I like that they have samosas at the snack bar.

My only real complaint is I wish they would do some QC on their volume control. I saw Star Wars episode VII and the volume was just right, but a week earlier I saw Justice League, and the other night the Doctor Who Christmas special and the volume was so loud both times I wished I brought ear plugs.
While getting food I ordered candy and a soda but switched my drink to a tea as I had a sore throat and didn't realize that was now an option. It was also supposed to be 2 dollars cheaper, which should have been a nice benefit. Well, one of the workers asked someone over to help them and they took my card and then "claimed" to have given me the refund on the soda. They also never gave me the receipt. They then proceeded to charge me for my tea.
