This place has gone downhill fast. There seems to be a woman in particular there that doesn't appear to know the menu or how to take an order. The staff is all new and young and do not give the impression they care about their job. Such a shame too because the food is usually good. I hope the manager keeps up on the reviews they get so they can fix things or this may be the last time my family and I visit this place.
I drove all the way from belmar to eat here, the guy at the counter was rude from start, becasue i was not ready to order. I was reading the menu and he was rushing me to order because they were closing in a half hour. I went to get a drink and the machine was filthy. The phone was repeatedly ringing and the staff refused to answer because they did not want to put in anymore orders. I was sitting at a table waiting for my food, and was asked to move my seat because the table was already cleaned and he did not want to have to put the chairs back up. This was 8/23/17
I Gave it two stars because my boyfriend and I use to come here all the time and w.e we requested they would fulfill. The wings were always bomb, fries hot, crisp keep in mind we use to come at 10/11 at night the only time things would be nice and fresh. Now coming here in November 2017 it’s a whole sway of new workers they don’t know how to do a lot of basic things like have ice in the machine. Anyway the wings were cold, & not enough seasoning. Fries cold not crunchy and fresh at all. This place got so bad it’s ridiculous... we use to love coming here and we drive 30-35 min to get here now we’re trying to find another wing stop...or I’m trying to figure out if it’s wing stop in general
Don't listen to these negative reviews. This place is off the hook. Service was excellent and every employee treated me and my girlfriend like family. Food was fresh and tasted great. Definitely coming back
The flavors are amazing until you bite into the uncooked pieces. The texture can be a bit sickening when uncooked but the cooked pieces were really flavorful. Still, not recommended
