Have ordered from here a dozen times since the new ownership took over, the food is decent yet very inconsistent. Ordered a panini sandwich one night and then ordered another (of the same) an hour later and they used a gyro pita as the bread... less than stellar. The biggest issue is with customer service as the order takers have a hard time concentrating on the customer and paying attention to details. Last 3 phone orders were messed up by either getting an item totally wrong, forgetting to give me an item I paid for, or missing the quantity of an item that I had specified. The staff needs to repeat the order back to the customer (like most professional places do) to ensure accuracy. Hamburgers way over cooked, and the stone oven pizza is often soggy and not very crispy. All this can be fixed however with proper management... I get the feeling that is an afterthought at this establishment. What would be a much more frequented (and recommended) place by us, has fallen off the radar completely from less than satisfactory experiences.
The pizza is delicious, but for whatever reason the last time I went it was chaos behind the counter (one other customer) and they didnt have any plain pizza. None. Didnt even offer to make a pie... what!? Maybe the reason was it was the Friday before Christmas and deliveries were swamping them or they just have no idea what they are doing. Cant say ill be in a rush to go back, especially with other pizza places close by.
Awesome food... great service.... I highly recommend this restaurant. This is where I always get my pizza and sandwiches.
I've come here twice so far. I tried their spaghetti and meatballs a while back and it wasn't the best. They used thinner noodles and their meatballs weren't very good. I love their garlic knots though! A little on the oily side but they are delicious. I also recently tried their pepperoni pizza and it was crispy with a soft crust and really hit the spot. My boyfriend had their potato skins and he said they're not crispy, different, but he would get it again.
Very friendly staff. Will be going back.
Really amazing food at economical price. Loved the quality and not to forget, quantity of pasta here that comes with a side of salad and what not. I would recommend this place for lunch and work as well as it has a decent wifi.
