The delivery experience was awful with macys! The staff in store was great but I ultimately returned my items given how terrible the post sale experience was. Macys should really focus on this experience as there is nothing white glove about it although this is what they advertise!
wonderful experience! Bought a beautiful bed and mattress. There was no pressure from the sales person. The furniture was delivered, set up and it looks beautiful. I would highly recommend Macy's Furniture.
Did not feel very welcomed in this store. I was greeted upon entry, but the sales associates seemed too interested in their conversation to see if I had any other questions. The store was a little dark and pretty deserted. Something about the atmosphere was off-putting and took me out of the shopping mood. However, furniture was laid out nicely and there were several nice options.
The service from start to finish was excellent. We bought our couch from the Macy's Furniture Gallery on Rt. 1 in New Jersey. Paul Frasca was our salesman and he was not only knowledgeable, but pleasant and patient. He walked me through all the steps and when we used online gift cards to buy the couch, there was some problems with the transaction and he and the manager took up over 1hr of their time to make the transaction work. He was never pushy, he gave me the time I needed to walk around the store and when I didn't find exactly what I wanted he informed me that I could put the fabric I liked on one couch, on the shape I liked of another couch. We are so pleased with our purchase and would gladly recommend Macy's and especially Paul to any of our friends. I can't say enough good things about Paul, you should be grateful for his hard work and that you have such an amazing employee.
Sales guy is great, took good care of us and other shoppers.
