I love the quality of the furniture but was disappointed with warehouse/customer service communication. I have literally spent over $20,000 in furniture within last 7 months. I found out from delivery driver that my special order sofa was damaged at warehouse. My king headboard was to take 3 weeks it's now over 6 weeks from the time I ordered. Delivery guys didn't attach my queen headboard to frame said they didn't have screws that fit. My special order otterman for living room furniture came 1 week later and wring color.
Went into store on Saturday. New Broyhill Armoire delivered on Monday, today. Perfect!
This place has some great furniture for sure. I know the sales guys work on commission but please listen to your customers. If you bother too much I will leave. Hit me with some good information on how things work and let me go. A good salesman can tell when they are too much. With that said this place is great. Clean and easy to see everything. Best place to buy for the quality.
I have shopped at this location before and my experience was amazing. However, my last experience was just horrendous! I would give it negative ratings!! They need to take lessons on communications and customer experience. The sales person never told us that the furniture was on back order and we found out only when the delivery people were there (by this time we had an empty bedroom). We called the store and they were not bothered and couldn't figure out what had happened- so we asked the furniture to be taken back. After several calls- and being transferred multiple times I was able to get another delivery date with no time- frame for the bed arriving (back order). We got the bed about 5 weeks later and I had to follow up constantly! There was a lot of confusion and just HORRIBLE customer experience! I would stay clear of this store.
The employees here are very accommodating and respectful. As you enter, you're greeted by a single furnishing consultant who is committed to you and you alone. The furniture is of excellent quality and the showroom proves it at every corner. Great store to stop by for new furniture!
