We also had bathroom faucet issue. Its handle was getting loose sometimes and just spins around, but never had a leak. They opened it up to check it out for me and asked over $360 to replace a cartridge. I said I can't afford to pay that much so asked to put it back the way it was. Now we have leaking faucet and they claim it's not their fault it started leaking. I asked why it's leaking and the guy says it probably has been already. I said It dind't leak at all until you opened it up. He says I'm lying and threw his heavy tool on my wooden floor.
Very responsive and reasonable. Wasted no time on fixing the issue. Professional at best and would highly recommend Dalton for its services provided. Many thanks.

Dalton responded immediately to an emergency at my Day care and worked hard to fix the situation quickly. The crew is amazing, very professional yet friendly and personable. Phil and William got my school temporary heat right away all the while working to replace our burner.The parents at my school were impressed with the heater they provided also, as it was safe and very effective. Because of them, we didn't miss a beat, keeping the school toasty warm, safe and open! The job was completed as they said it would be, and we now have a shiny new efficient furnace!

I have to say I am very disppointed as I feel like I was overcharged for the job. I did not call any other company as I trusted this company a lot. They fixed the blower for the furnace and charged me for it, whcih was fine. The filter was dirty and was not being replaced, so I asked them to change the filter and get me few extras as well. Since they did not have it on them they told me they had to bring it in and would do it the following week. Naturally, since they replaced the blower and showed me how dirty it was, I assumed that this was part of the same job, but I was charged a whopping $149 extra as it was considered an additional trip. They did help me change the thermostat. I wished they had told me this would cost me an additional trip and extra $$. I would not have opted for it. I am writing this so no one assumes anything and service is one thing but overcharging and not letting customers know the charges before starting is another. I was happy with their service but not with these overcharges.
Please people, Do NOT use these guys. They are not even one star worthy. They are going to rip you off. They came to replace 2 ceiling fans and asked for $309 for the labor. Since one of ceiling fans had a little complicated electrical work I thought, I said yes. However the fan was not connected to the light switch we had on the wall and I asked why it's not connected, the guy says you never asked me. So I asked can you plz connect it and he says it would be extra $240. He put the fan blades upside down too when he said it was all done. I had to hire another person to make everything correct.
