Found dirty coat that was worn, has human hair,dog hair,lint and had been sneezed on with mucus dried on the sleeve . This coat was worse than any coat at the Good Will. Poor selections of girls dress coats and boy's coats for that matter . This story has fallen off the map!!! What Happened!!!??? This used to be one of the best places to find good quality clothes with no problem, now it's like a thrift store with employees looking no different than any random customer in the store ..Just with a name tag to tell the difference. Just a shadow of what it used to be years ago.l am just sad and disappointed
Just flew in from AZ with an empty suitcase; this was on the top of my list for things to do. Excellent selection and always an ample supply of clearance items in pristine condition to select from.
Store was clean and surprisingly neat compared to other burlington stores I've visited. Found almost all of what i needed. I will definitely be going back
One star is too much for this store! The worst store I’ve ever been to of the Burlington franchise! Only two registers open and the line was almost going outside the store with women and children and strollers waiting forever. I was buying an item that was marked down, hence the reason I was buying it because I liked the price, and when I got to the register they told me it was a mistake and they couldn’t honor that price! I was shuffled around between pseudo-manager types and finally their consolation prize was to give me a 10% discount. I reported them to corporate because it is a disgrace, after all the money I’ve spent on this store to be treated this way!
The clothing options can be a bit random at times ... not necessarily the fault of staff, it’s just impossible to keep up with the disarray caused by shoppers. If you’re willing to dig a bit, you may find something you like.
