Great place, seriously one of the best in TOWN. I know they've been around for 8+ years but I just started coming here for about a year now and I absolutely love it. I come here about every week to get my mustang washed and waxed, from my experience I l love the Miami shine wax. It is a cream they use and the quality of it is amazing, it makes my paint really shine and pop out. I also have tried out their full detail on my wife Mercedes because my kids stain the back like crazy, and they are able to detail your car and get all the stains out. If you truly care about your car and getting a quality job I recommend this place for you. Because I come here almost weekly and I see the owner every time and trust me he is an amazing guy and very friendly, every once in a while he'll throw me in some extra service. ( They can also remove light scratches on your car which is amazing). And a little tip is they have some promotions on their website.
Very expensive. Over paid for a service that is much cheaper other places. Paid for a wash and wax after I paid I went to my vehicle and the was still dirt all over it. I showed the owner and he became very angry and disrespectful. He said that's what I get for being cheap. Mention I paid $70 dollars... I told him I want my money back because the vehicle is still filthy or to actually clean the vehicle. He refused the money back and wiped the dirt off in a few spots and told me to leave. I wish there was an option for 0 stars because they did a horrible job and the owner was very verbally abusive and direspectful. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY
I’ve come here several times (every few months) to get my car detailed. I have a dog who sheds a lot, so I would always get the mini detail and pay $10 extra for the extra time it takes to get out the dog hair. Today I dropped off my car and a kid who works at the shop calls me 10 mins later and says that it’s $25 extra to clean my car. I told him that I always pay only $10 extra for the same amount of hair/work and ask to speak with the manager. He tells his manager what I said and tell me no and says I can come pick up the car because he’s not doing it for that price. The manager refuses to speak on the phone with me. I come back to the shop and have the same conversation with the manager who insists that they wouldn’t clean my car for that price and say that they have several times, etc. The kid hands me my keys with a smirk on his face. I really think the only difference between today and all the other times was that the kids didn’t feel like doing it and the manager just backed them up. I try to tell the manager that I come from 50 miles away to get my car detailed here because they always did a great job for a great price. He tells me of course because no one else wants to clean my car. How rude! Just awful. I told him that if he doesn’t want to do it, then don’t. For the record, I never looked for another place to clean my car because I was happy coming here. Key word: was. I’ll gladly pay double to another place. I don’t need this!
Great job detailing my car and the Miami Shine was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend trying it at least once.. it is worth it. My neighbor actually knocked on my door to say “what happened? You had all these scratches on your car and now they disappeared... where did they go? Tell me what you used.” Of course I referred him to Spotless Hand & Carwash. I love the level of service received and I will definitely become a regular customer there. My car deserves it. Thanks again!
I have passed by Spotless Car Wash and Detail for the past 8 years. I because I worked in the area but I was not from the area. I live 30 miles away. Now I work closer to my home in Hamilton NJ. I have a 1993 Ford Taurus Wagon that is White. I stored the care in a cover-it car tent for over a year. When I pulled it out and changed the oil, I saw how dirty it was. I tried to rub off some of the dark marks with some wipe on wipe off wax. It didn't work and the whole car had dark marks on it. I didn't like that look so I took it to Spotless, I waited for my car since I live 30 miles away. While I waited I was comfortable in the waiting room and met a few really nice people while they waited too. When the car was finished at the time they said it was going to be finished, I was very pleased. The car shined almost like new. The paint felt so smooth. All of the dark spots were gone. I am highly recommending this company to take care of your car cleaning and waxing needs. Even members of my car club were impressed. Thank you.
