Diane was very helpful when I was looking for a pre-owned, ramped minivan She had a low mileage Honda Odyssey that was perfect. Since then Diane and the Service Department have been very responsive to all my requests.
UPDATE: they broke our AC when they replaced a belt and denied that their work was completed incorrectly, resulting in the breakage. Other shops have confirmed this and I will not be going back. They want $1000 to fix it. Not happening.
