THEY ARE THE WORST !!!! THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THEY ARE RUDE !!I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THEM.
This is a small location, not a large selection of vehicles readily available, and on 4th of July weekend, there was a large number of people vying for the attention of the staff, while the phones were also constantly ringing. Edmund and Michael handled everyone very calmly and professionally and when the car I had reserved wasn't returned by the previous renter, Edmund went above and beyond to make sure I could still rent a car and my weekend plans would not fall through. I will definitely rent from this location next time I need a vehicle.
So may hidden charges. Surprised this type of business actually exists.
Service is par excellence. Edmund is the wonderful guy. Hertz does pick-ups and drop-offs.
