I have been a member for years...I ordered from their catering department in the past without issues. Until yesterday I had issues with their catering deli department. Not only did they mess up my catering order and give me 1/2 the amount of subs I ordered for my daughter's party, they were not able to fix the order and left me stuck without enough food for a party that I was hosting in about an hour!!!! On top of their mess up, the women at the deli was rude and she didn't apologize for the mix up and continuously said " I'm not appologizing, I personally didn't make the mistake "... Really? I understand mistakes happen but her attitude plus the mistake are unacceptable. To top things off, I have yet to be compensated for the issues. At least offer a free sub or membership renewal ...
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place allowed $1,000 to be charged on my credit card except I live in Las Vegas not in New Jersey! Shame on you for accepting fake or false credit cards. Shoppers beware that this store is allowing fraud and fraudulent credit cards to be used. SHAME SHAME SHAME!!!
Not crowded but takes too long to check out. 2 manned checkouts and 3 self checkout. Waited a good 10 minutes and there was only 1 person in front of me
Pros - self-check lines are okay, not too bad. cleanliness and organization is not better than other big box stores. Cons - not too much healthy varieties. Costco does have more healthy options. The customer service counter is just ridiculous. There has never been a time I haven't had to wait like 15 minutes minimum and more of course for just 1 customer ahead of me. I have no idea what takes so long. I mean how difficult can a return be? There is always just 1 person working at customer service. I have waited 15 minutes just to get a coupon book. For this reason only, I think it's worth moving to Costco.
This is the worst BJs I've ever been to. They are short staffed, and the staff that they do have are slow and unhelpful. The self checkout machines are terrible, but there aren't enough normal registers to go to. I hate coming here; it takes 15 minutes to go grocery shopping and an hour to check out. It's the worst, and I wish there was a better closer location.
